Lewis Alexander Maxwell, 89, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 in Tulsa, OK. Born October 22, 1923 in Tulsa, OK to Arley and Pearl (Dees) Maxwell. He was the District Manager for Culligan. Served as an officer in the US Army in WWII and the Korean Conflict. Elected president of Oklahoma Jaycees in 1958; and 1959 was selected as one of three outstanding young men in Oklahoma. Elected to Webster’s Hall of Fame. He was a life member of Jaycees International. Preceded in death by: his parents; wife, LaFain. Survived by: his daughters, Sherry Eastman and husband, Larry, and Marsha Maxwell; grandchildren, Brandon Eastman, Shane Robertson and wife, Tanya, and Shauna Robertson Smith and husband, Steven; two greatgrandchildren. Visitation 6-8 PM, Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Moore’s Southlawn. Service will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 8, 2013 at Moore’s Southlawn Chapel.
