The Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting that left one man wounded Monday morning.

Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the 11000 block of North County Road 160 about 11:20 a.m. in response to a call that someone had been shot, according to a press release.

At the scene, deputies were informed that the victim, Timothy Antwine, had been shot and then taken by private vehicle to Okmulgee Memorial Hospital, the release says.

Antwine, whose age was not disclosed, was treated and later released.

No arrests had been made by Monday night, authorities said.
