A Syrian man carries his sister who was wounded in a government airstrike in northern Syria on Sunday. The Britain-based activist group Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which opposes the regime of President Bashar Assad, said government troops bombarded a building in a rebel-held neighborhood of Aleppo, killing at least 16 people.
