Tulsa's Samantha Vickers, Isaura Enrique and Michelle Farley captured victories at the top three singles positions in leading the No. 23-ranked Tulsa women's team to a 5-2 victory over Conference USA rival Rice on Sunday afternoon at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
