A Texas man was arraigned in Tulsa on Wednesday afternoon in connection with a November shooting incident at the River Spirit Casino.
Spencer De La Hunt, 19, was charged by a Tulsa federal grand jury with maliciously injuring the casino building at 8330 Riverside Parkway.
No one was injured during the Nov. 18 shooting, but the Jan. 11 indictment alleges that the shooting endangered the lives of casino occupants. A window at the front of the building was struck by the gunfire, casino officials said.
The casino was briefly locked down as Tulsa police surrounded the building and searched a parking garage and other nearby areas for evidence.
De La Hunt, who will await further developments in the case while free on bond, is also charged with possession of an unregistered gun silencer.
