School's in

Summer is over, and the gang is back for their fourth year of college on "Community," returning at 7 p.m. Thursday on NBC, channel 2, cable 9.

In the season opener, Jeff (Joel McHale) is setting all his sights on graduating, and Dean Pelton (Jim Rash) institutes an elaborate physical competition for class space. And it's up to Britta (Gillian Jacobs) to help Abed (Danny Pudi) deal with the thought of the study group graduating and breaking up.

Medical wars

Several of the doctors fight to become the new face of Seattle Grace, April admits an emergency case to the hospital, and Jackson and Alex work with a transgender teen couple. Also, there are more pesky new hospital policies that try the patience of everyone on "Grey's Anatomy," airing at 8 p.m. Thursday on ABC, channel 8.

Season two of "Touch," launching at 7 p.m. Friday on Fox, opens with Martin (Kiefer Sutherland) on the run with his son, Jake (David Mazouz). Martin is determined to keep his son safe from those who would use his supernatural abilities for the wrong reason, but Jake has his own mission - to find Amelia (Saxon Sharbino). With Amelia's mother Lucy, Martin and Jake form a sort of family to find the girl who may be the key to understanding Jake's abilities. The series airs on channel 23, cable 5.

Be mine

William Baldwin is a widowed firefighter with a young son who learns love is possible again in "Be My Valentine," a new film airing at 8 p.m. Saturday on Hallmark, cable 165.

Nominees Bruno Mars, Rihanna and 16-time Grammy winner Sting will perform together. Triple nominee Kelly Clarkson and Justin Timberlake are also set to perform. Duets will include nominee Ed Sheeran and Elton John and country stars Dierks Bentley and Miranda Lambert.

Oklahoma-tied nominees include Blake Shelton for "Over" and Underwood for "Blown Away" in the country solo performance category and Lambert for best country album for "Four the Record."
