Bobby E. Potter, 85, passed away, Sunday, February 3, 2012. Born December 7, 1927 in Tulsa, OK, son of the late Edward and Mae (Jones) Potter. A 1946 graduate of Tulsa Central High School. He studied accounting, law and finance at OK School of Business. After graduating from Central Bible College he was ordained and ministered in the Assemblies of God Churches over 60 years. He pastored in Indiana, Shawnee, Oklahoma City, at Jenks 1st and Tulsa Central Assemblies of God Churches. Bob was on staff at Woodlake Assembly. He was VP of Stewardship and Development at South- western AG Bible College. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Beverly (Holmes) Potter of Bixby; 2 sons, Stephen (Kathy) of Marianna, FL, David (Barbara) of Marerro, LA; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5-7 PM, at Freeman Harris Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Friday, February 8, 2013, at Woodlake Assembly of God Church.
