My agreement with the city of Tulsa was to pay a monthly stipend to cover any future requirements for EMSA services. This fee should not include the flagrant waste of funds for items such as $4,000 banquets or $400 massages. It's time to throw the rascals out along with reducing or sharing the excess with our Tulsa Fire Department.
Question: Why does Tulsa not combine these two critical emergency response teams?
