Signing day: Union's Cole Ward signs with Lindenwood

Union's Cole Ward played offensive line and defensive end for the Redskins but was recruited to play tight end at NAIA Lindenwood in Bellville, Ill.
“Football’s in my blood,” said the son of fm97.1 Program Director Kevin Ward.
But he’s also hoping for other opportunities, given Belleville is about a half hour’s drive from St. Louis.
He wants to study professional sports management and is hoping to do an internship with the St. Louis Cardinals or the NFL’s Rams.
