Goose seasons close: Season dates Dec. 8, 2012-Feb. 10. Canada goose and Light (snow, blue and Ross's) goose seasons close.
Monday
Conservation Order Light Goose season opens: Monday, Feb. 11-March 30 statewide. Check regulations online at tulsaworld.com/wildlife or see Oklahoma Hunting Guide available where licenses are sold.
Thursday
Bluebird Seminar: 7 p.m. Bass Pro Shops, Broken Arrow. Bob Walshaw presents a seminar on bluebird houses and how to deal with killer house sparrows. Free and open to the public, door prizes awarded. Contact: 918-355-7600.
Friday
2013 Bassmaster Classic: Grand Lake off-limits period ends for Bassmaster Classic competitors. Lake is open for Classic qualifiers to practice Friday through Sunday. Official practice set for Wednesday, Feb. 20.
