Bigham sets assist record in ORU win

CORRECTION: A story in the Feb. 10 Tulsa World misidentified Oral Roberts' career assist leader. Senior Jaci Bigham had eight assists in the game against Stephen F. Austin to set the school assist record. This story has been corrected.
NACOGDOCHES, Texas - Senior Kevi Luper led the Oral Roberts women to a 68-64 win over Stephen F. Austin, tallying 30 points, while Jaci Bigham notched her 604th career assist less than two minutes into the game to set a new school record.
With the win, ORU improves to 11-11 and 8-4 in the Southland Conference.
Bigham also added a season-high 26 points to go with eight assists.
Daylyn Harris led Stephen F. Austin (10-13, 5-7) with 16 points.
ORU shot 45.8 percent for the game. The Ladyjacks shot at a 50 percent clip but hit just 40 percent of their field-goal attempts in the second half.
