Bixby boy found safe; Amber Alert cancelled

An Amber Alert for a 4-year-old Bixby boy was cancelled shortly after it was issued Monday evening.
The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety announced in a media release that Justice Poindexter was taken from a residence in the 11000 block of South 87th East Avenue about 4 p.m. Monday.
The agency has just reported that Jenks police have a suspect in custody and that the child is safe and in protective custody.
