Norman police capture escapee; school lockdown lifted

OKLAHOMA CITY - Taylor Brotherton was taken in to custody in the area of 2200 West Brooks, police report.
A patrol officer spotted him and was assisted by detectives. A temporary lockdown at the schools has been lifted.
