OKLAHOMA CITY - A Western Heights football player lost part of a leg after he was hit by a car Saturday night during a fight at a party in a southwest Oklahoma City trailer park, witnesses said.
Austin Beery, 16, was in good condition Monday at OU Medical Center, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Police were called about 11:40 p.m. Saturday to the trailer park at 7901 S Council, Master Sgt. Gary Knight said. One juvenile had been hit by a car on the street outside a trailer where a party had been going on, Knight said.
Witnesses said some of the teens had alcohol.
