The 6-foot-3 senior had 36 points to lead the Class 3A No. 4 Cardinals (18-4) to two victories last week. He scored 23 in a 54-47 win over 3A No. 9 Tahlequah Sequoyah on Friday. Battenfield had 13 points in a 72-55 win over Dewey on Tuesday. The Oklahoma State baseball signee averages 15.9 points and eight rebounds.
