The state Medical Examiner's Office has identified the body of a man discovered on an Arkansas River sandbar in Tulsa on Monday.
Randall Martin Swain, 31, whose last know address was Broken Arrow, was found under the north side of the 71st Street Bridge about 4:15 p.m. Monday after three pedestrians spotted the body.
Tulsa firefighters removed the body about two hours after arriving at the scene.
Authorities have not determined how Swain's body ended up on the sandbar. Officials estimated that he was on the sandbar about 12 hours prior to discovery.
A cause of death has not been determined, officials said.
