Gunman holds up Tulsa motel

Tulsa police responded to an area motel after an inquisitive robber made off with cash from the business.
Officers were called to the Days Inn near Sheridan Road and Interstate 244 around 10:20 p.m., said Officer Jillian Roberson.
The robber entered the lobby and “began asking the front desk clerk several questions” before forcing the clerk away from the desk at gunpoint, Roberson said.
The man, who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants, fled from the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. He may have been driving a red, four-door vehicle, police said.
