Two more Oklahomans have died from the flu this season, bringing the total number of deaths since Sept. 30 to 25, according to the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
Six of those deaths have been in Tulsa County, which has more than twice as many reported hospitalizations as any other county.
The number of hospitalizations reported statewide has been 862, but only 36 of those were from this past week. That is fewer than has been reported in recent weeks.
Twenty of the dead have been 65 or older and the other five were between the ages of 19 and 34.
