Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday for Disney's "The Lion King," which will return to Tulsa June 4 for a four-week run at the Tulsa PAC.

Tickets will be available at the Tulsa PAC ticket office, 101 E. Third St., by calling 918-596-7111 and online at tulsaworld.com/mytix Orders for 20 or more tickets must be made by called Celebrity Attractions at 918-796-0220.

Ticket prices range from $30 to $135, which includes prime seat location, a commemorative souvenir program and an exclusive merchandise item.

Celebrity Attractions first brought this stage version of the hit animated film, featuring Julie Taymor's innovative mask and puppetry designs, to Tulsa in 2006. That six-week engagement quickly sold out.

The show also changed the face of the PAC's Chapman Music Hall during its stay, as seats had to be removed from the theater to create the aisles that the animal characters use to enter the stage and reach the stage at the start of the show.

"Many patrons took advantage of 'The Lion King' as an opportunity to introduce their family and children to the excitement of the theater," said Larry Payton, president of Celebrity Attractions.

"Now, there's a new generation of patrons ready to take advantage of this truly magical experience. With only four weeks of performances, tickets are sure to go fast."

Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 8 p.m. Friday, 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday and 1 and 6:30 p.m. Sunday through June 30.
