Josh Valentine is asking fans to tweet and text so he can be named Fan Favorite on Bravo's "Top Chef: Seattle."

He was eliminated from competition on Wednesday's show and is asking everyone to vote for him so he can win the $10,000 prize

"Can't thank everyone enough for the kind words. Now it's time to put social media to work. Text J to 27286 or tweet #chefjosh. Thank you all," he posted on facebook.com Thursday.

The Oklahoma City chef, who works as a pastry chef in Dallas, also uses the handle #chefporkbelly on Twitter for those who would like to follow him.

He competed against Kristen Kish in the Last Chance Kitchen competition in Wednesday's episode but the dish didn't wow lead judge Tom Colicchio.

"I like rare venison that was a little undercooked. It was still cold in the center. A little more time with the vegetables in the pan and it would have been a really good dish," said Colicchio before eliminating Valentine.

Kish moves into the show's finale. Valentine had to "pack his knives" and go home.

The winning chef on "Top Chef: Seattle" will receive the title of "Top Chef," a $125,000 prize, a feature in Food & Wine magazine and a showcase at the Annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.

The series airs at 9 p.m. Wednesdays on Bravo, cable 46. The season finale will air at 9 p.m. February 27.
