- The Tulsa County Courthouse and county offices will be closed Monday for President's Day, but city of Tulsa offices and facilities will be open.
- The Tulsa City-County Library will be closed Monday.
- Monday is a federal bank holiday.
- Residential refuse, recycling, yard waste and bulky waste service will proceed as normal.
- Tulsa Transit bus service will operate Monday.
