A hip injury has forced Lady Gaga to cancel her entire tour, including a March 20 date at the BOK Center. There are no plans to reschedule.

Ticket refunds for the Tulsa date began Thursday morning, and they are available at the point of purchase. Credit card buyers may call the BOK Center box office at 866-7-BOK-CTR or contact the ticketing vendor Tickets.com at webfeedback@tickets.com. Those who bought tickets at a local Reasor's store may return tickets to those stores for a refund.

A press release issued from the BOK Center management stated: "Live Nation Global Touring has confirmed that the remainder of the Lady Gaga Born This Way Ball performances have been canceled.

"After additional tests this morning (Thursday) to review the severity of the issue, it has been determined that Lady Gaga has a labral tear of the right hip. She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover.

"This unfortunately, will force her to cancel the tour, so she can heal."

The labrum is a muscle layer that holds the hip joint in place.

More than 20 dates were canceled on her "Born This Way Ball" tour.

The 26-year-old pop star tweeted about her injuries after the Wednesday announcement: "I hid it from my staff, I didn't want to disappoint my amazing fans. However after last nights performance I could not walk and still can't."

The 2012 leg of her tour was the fifth highest-earning tour in the world, according to Pollstar Pro, and earned more than $161 million.
