Letter to the Editor: Disgusted by photo

I really like the Tulsa World - most of the time - but was disgusted with the photo accompanying the article in the Scene about the opening of the drive-in. A couple, lying on a mattress, she with jeans torn to her private area and midriff showing, And he, lying there with her. Is this what going to the drive-in is all about now?

I felt the photo was very suggestive. Why not show a family waiting by the car in lawn chairs with popcorn? Man, this really upset me. Did Blake Smith (co-owner of the Admiral Twin) approve of this picture? If so, shame on him.
