Rogers State University named Royal Aills, a television executive with more than 20 years of broadcast and communications management experience, as general manager for RSU public television. He has a bachelor's degree in communications from John Brown University.
Engineering
Enercon promoted Jeff Jenkins to national lead for the company's industrial hygiene/safety services.
Financial
Edward Jones financial adviser Mary Alcott Maddux has been named a principal with the firm's holding company.
City National Bank promoted Adam Bennett to assistant vice president and Commerce Tower branch manager, Jared Repola to branch manager at the 81st Street location, Justin Olinghouse to branch manager at the Woodland Hills location and Sarah Bennett to assistant vice president and Garnett Road location branch manager.
Health
Utica Park Clinic named Carolyn Goodwin as chief executive officer. She earned a bachelor's in business administration from Becker College in Worcester, Mass., and a master's in health care administration from Seton Hall University. She is pursuing her doctorate in health care administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma named Nicole Amend as chief of staff. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Oklahoma.

Tedford Insurance hired Kathy Jones as a commercial producer. She has been in the insurance industry for more than 40 years.
Marketing
Luxa Enterprises announced Anne Foster joined the team as director of accounting operations. She is a CPA.
Nonprofit
The Arthritis Foundation appointed Suzanne Taylor of Tulsa to its national board of directors. Taylor became involved with the Arthritis Foundation 10 years ago when she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She serves on the board of the Arthritis Foundation Eastern Oklahoma Chapter.
Professional services
Dewberry hired Ken Duncan as health care project manager based in the Tulsa office. He has a bachelor's in architecture from Oklahoma State University and a master's in business administration and architecture from the University of Illinois.

Venue management
SMG Tulsa hired Amber Cowan for a newly created marketing manager position at the Tulsa Convention Center. She has a bachelor's in mass communications and a master's in communications from Northeastern State University.
