The recent photo of the Palestinian boy's reaction to the fact that his home was demolished because of being constructed without proper permits, struck my heart.
No child should feel the way he does in this photo. The hurt, the anguish, the astonishment, the anger. The caption states that the municipality said that the structure wasn't sound. Neither is a cardboard box, if he even has that.
