Women's basketball notes: Tulsa vs. Rice preview

Notes: Kelsee Grovey and Taleya Mayberry both netted double-digit points and Tiffani Couisnard pulled down double-figure rebounds to lead Tulsa to a 59-55 win at Houston on Thursday. It marked the second win of the week for the Hurricane, which upset Tulane at the Reynolds Center Feb. 10. Tulsa has won three games in a row overall. ... Sunday's game will be the 36th meeting between TU and Rice. The Owls have a 24-11 advantage in the all-time series, including a 56-53 win in Houston earlier this season. ... Rice enters Sunday's matchup on a two-game losing streak.
