Anna “Marie” Rush McAuliffe, age 92, died at Mercy hospital in Oklahoma City, surrounded by her children. She was born on August 2, 1920 in Detroit, MI to Thomas and Emma Rush and was the eldest of 11 children. Raised in Tulsa, she attended St. Francis grade school and graduated from Marquette High School in 1937. She married Richard M. McAuliffe in 1947. She is preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers and her husband, Richard. She is survived by her 7 children; Dianna Swartz and husband Barry, Jeanne McAuliffe, Rick McAuliffe, Pat McAuliffe, Mike McAuliffe, Mary Stancampiano and husband Tony, Deborah Senner and husband Scott; her brother Don Rush and his wife Jackie; her sisters Ellen Geiger, Margaret Greener, Sr. M. Daria Rush, Mary Cole; sister-inlaw Rose Rush, 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Sunday, February 17, 12pm- 5pm, with a Rosary at 6pm, at Smith & Kernke; 14624 N. May, Oklahoma City. Funeral Mass will be on Monday, February 18, at 11am, at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Graveside Service will follow at 3pm in Tulsa at Calvary Cemetery.
