The Bama Cos. dough facility in north Tulsa has been evacuated because of a small fire.
The blaze was reported around 9 p.m., and about 110 employees were evacuated, a worker said.
No one was injured.
Tim Lutz, manager of the Bama Frozen Dough facility at 2435 N. Lewis Ave., which is just east of U.S. 75, said the small fire affected the roof of an office building that is not attached to the production facility.
The electricity to the plant was turned off while firefighters put out the blaze, Lutz said, but it has been turned back on, and he said shortly after 10 p.m. that he hoped employees would be able to return to the building in about an hour.
Bama Cos. is famous for its small pecan pies and makes food products for such fast-food companies as McDonald's, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut.
