Opal Mae Seeyle, 91, went to Heaven, Monday, January 28, 2013. Opal was born September 22, 1921, in Harrisburg, IL to John Earnest and Myrtle (Pantier) Vaughn. She married Robert Seeyle, a WWII Naval-Veteran May 21, 1940. They raised their family in Tulsa. During these years, Opal enjoyed gardening and travel with her husband. Opal was a homemaker and after her children entered school she took a job with Tulsa Public Schools Cafeteria. Her family observed that Opal never sat down during the day except to visit with her neighbor and best friend, Marie. Opal is survived by her daughters and spouses: Peggy Wallace (Wally), Maxine Elizabeth Neal (Jose). Grandchildren: Dawn Price, Julie Gateley (Michael); four great-grandchildren. Services were held at Moore’s Southlawn Chapel. Oh what a home going her family and friends gave her speaking of her graciousness and devotion to all she was around.
