Oklahoma Department of Safety leased 6,657 square feet at Eastgate Metroplex, 14002 E. 21st St., through Grubb & Ellis/Levy Beffort.
Capital Payments LLC leased 4,958 square feet at Corporate Woods, 4500 S. 129th East Ave., through Grubb & Ellis/Levy Beffort.
Carco Group Inc. leased 5,000 square feet at 110 W. Seventh St. through Grubb & Ellis/Levy Beffort and Beacon Commercial.
Navico Inc. leased 59,439 square feet at Corporate Woods, 4500 S. 129th East Ave., through Grubb & Ellis/Levy Beffort, Merit Partners LLC and McKoy Cos.
IPS Engineering leased 11,243 square feet at Copper Oaks Office Complex, 7030 S. Yale Ave., through Grubb & Ellis/Levy Beffort and Realty Operating Co.
Latshaw Drilling Co. LLC renewed a lease for 14,383 square feet in Corporate Woods, 4500 S. 129th East Ave., through Grubb & Ellis/Levy Beffort.
Flint Energy renewed a lease for 25,801 square feet at One Memorial, 7633 E. 63rd Place, through Grubb & Ellis/Levy Beffort.
Grant's Frames renewed a lease for 2,304 square feet at 8007-A S. Sheridan Road in the Square One Shopping Center through GBR Properties.
Humana MarketPOINT renewed a lease for 5,933 square feet at 6130 E. 71st St., Suite 10, in Summit Square Shopping Center through GBR Properties.
Steaks "R" Us LLC leased 1,600 square feet at 9402 E. 55th Place through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
Thomas A. Lee leased 5,750 square feet at 1319 E. Fourth St. through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
Believers Church and World Outreach Inc. leased 6,254 square feet at 4727-A S. Memorial Drive through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
