Donald Wray Duncan, 96, passed away February 17, 2013. He was born March 5, 1916 in Tulsa, OK to Hazel and Pete Duncan. Donald served in the 45th division with General George Patton’s 5th Army for 3 years overseas and was honorably discharged in June of 1945 a month after being discharged he went to work for the Tulsa Fire Dept. for 30 years before retiring in 1975. He married Betty Jean Boyer of Joplin, MO in August 19, 1946 who preceded him in death January 25, 2013, he also had two brothers, Jack and Virgil and two sisters Lois and Zara whom also preceded him in death. Donald is survived by three sons, W.W. Duncan, David L. Duncan and Donald Gene Duncan, four grandsons, W.W. Duncan, 2nd, James T., Arron and Olen all of Tulsa.
