Frances Louise LeCompte MacDonald passed away quietly on February 21, 2013 to the sound of the Celtic harp. In life, Frances was above all an empathetic and steadfast friend. She supported her family, friends and community with a warmth that yielded friendships that endured distance and time. She was a music lover, a sportswoman, a mother, and wife. She was 90 years old and is survived by her daughters, Mary Kudlata, Judy Macdonald, and Beth mAcdonald and her two granddaughters, Dr. Caitlin Kudlata and Kamiko Darrow. Those who wish to honor her memory are encouraged to make donations to Clarehouse in her name. The memorial service will be held at the Church of the Resurrection at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 23, 2013. This obituary was published in the Tulsa World on 2/22/2013.
