A Tulsa man was arrested after another man was attacked and robbed Saturday.

Timothy John Wayne Howard, 30, was booked into the Tulsa Jail Saturday on a first-degree robbery by force or fear complaint, jail records show.

The incident happened at 5:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of East 11th Street, police said.

The unidentified victim told police that Howard threw porcelain tiles at him, and stole his money before chasing him through a parking lot, according to an arrest report.

Howard was eventually arrested in the 2500 block of East 10th Street, the report said.

The man told officers that he was "shaken and terrified" during the ordeal. He also told police that he used a knife to cut Howard multiple times in self-defense, said the report.

Howard remains in the Tulsa Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
