Letter to the Editor: Where's the plaque?

I appreciated the pictures of the Golden Driller featured in the Feb. 10 Tulsa World. I am curious, however, about the plaque that for years was at the base of the statue. I hope it will be returned soon so that we can all appreciate those Tulsans who had the foresight to give us this treasured landmark.
