I read in the Feb. 15 Tulsa World, that the Chicago Crime Commission has named Mexican drug kingpin Joaquin Guzman the city's Public Enemy No. 1. With Chicago being his hometown, I think President Obama should just hit him with a drone to eliminate the threat he poses - not just the city but to the country.
