Woman arrested for allegeldy permitting child abuse

A Tulsa woman was arrested Sunday on an allegation she allowed a man to abuse her 4-year-old child in January.
Crystal Lea McIntyre, 29, was charged Tuesday with a single count of permitting child abuse by injury, according to Tulsa County District Court records.
Prosecutors allege that McIntyre allowed Lee Dinh Nguyen to have access to her three children -- ages 4, 5 and 6 -- "when she knew or reasonably should have known that she was putting the children at risk by doing so," documents state.
Nguyen, 31, also of Tulsa, was charged with one count of child abuse by injury for "using unreasonable force" upon the 4-year-old child between Jan. 24 and Jan. 30, court filings indicate.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Nguyen.
McIntyre was taken into custody by Tulsa County sheriff's deputies at 11:30 a.m. She was booked into the Tulsa Jail just before noon and was released after posting bail on $20,000 bond, jail records show.
