Sunbelt of Tulsa announced Mahlon Pitt joined as a business broker.

Construction

The Boldt Co. named Eric Derichsweiler as a superintendent for Boldt southern operations' Tulsa office.

Energy

The Gas Processors Association, a nonprofit trade association, named Debbie Beaver director of technical services and hired Crystal Myers in the newly created director of communications position.

Financial

Arvest Bank promoted Julie King to assistant vice president at its Owasso branch.

F&M Bank and Trust Co. hired Julie Smith, senior vice president/commercial lender.

Nonprofit

CAP Tulsa named Ann Ringling senior director. She has a bachelor's in modern languages and a master's in curriculum and instruction from Montana State University.

The Tulsa Area United Way added a staff member and announced several promotions. Heidi Braver was named account executive. She has a bachelor's in Japanese from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Sharon Gallagher was named director of collaborative initiatives. She has a bachelor's from Viterbo College in Wisconsin and a master's from the University of Oklahoma. Hannah McGown was named agency specialist in the community investments department. She has a bachelor's in English from Oklahoma State University. Matthew Pockrus was named campaign division manager. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. Cynthia Qualls was named senior director, campaign operations. She has a bachelor's in business administration from Northeastern State University. Bonnie Rucker was named senior marketing specialist. She has a bachelor's from the University of Central Oklahoma.
