Tulsa police officers patrolling west Tulsa spotted a house fire Sunday night.
Officers in the area of 4300 Charles Page Boulevard reported the fire at 10:40 p.m., said District Fire Chief Jeremy Moore.
Crews contained the blaze rather quickly from inside the home, he said. Smoke, fire and water damage to the structure is estimated at $25,000, which is about half of the residence's value.
Moore said the home appeared to be occupied but utilities to the house had been disconnected. No one was inside at the time of the fire.
Investigators were called to determine the fire's cause.
