A man is in custody after reportedly breaking into several Tulsa homes late Monday.
Jason Matthew Manns, 30, entered a home in the 1220 block of East 39th Street about 8:30 p.m.
A resident saw Manns in the living room and struck him in the head after refusing orders to leave, according to a police report.
Following a brief struggle, he fled the home after another resident threatened Manns with a gun, the report said.
Manns then forced his way into another home and chased a female occupant out of the residence before she screamed for help and called police, said the report.
He was later arrested in the 12000 block of East 41st Street without incident and booked into the Tulsa Jail on first-degree burglary complaints, jail records show. Manns remains held in lieu of $40,000 bail.
