Union High School student facing charge of child sex abuse

A child sex abuse charge was filed Wednesday against a Union High School student accused of molesting a 12-year-old girl last week.
Stephen Ray Sneed, 18, is charged with one count of child sexual abuse, according to Tulsa County District Court filings.
Prosecutors allege Sneed raped a 12-year-old girl sometime between last Wednesday and Thursday, court documents say.
The girl, who has staying at her aunt's apartment told her aunt that Sneed, who was also staying at the apartment following an altercation with his father, got into her bed and raped her despite her attempts to resist, an arrest report said.
He was later arrested at Union High School on a lewd molestation complaint.
Sneed remains held in the Tulsa Jail on $50,000 bond.
