I am appalled that people think the government owes them money, or a living. Have people forgotten that the government is the working people? Government owes you nothing except protection from our enemies.
Everyone is supposed to work to take care of themselves and their family. Only handicapped or mentally afflicted people are exempt.
We cannot spend more than we can pay for. Social Security is meant for the people who worked and paid into it, not just anyone.
Wake up, America. Our forefathers worked long and hard to set up this country to be very functional for everyone. Don't let it fall by continuing to spend more than we can afford. We need to continue to be free, not government controlled.
