Age at disappearance: 44

Frost left her home Feb. 16, 1981, and was never seen again. Her car was found the next day in a grocery store parking lot at 21st Street and Memorial Drive with the keys in the driver's door. She had been at another grocery store at 2700 S. Memorial Drive minutes earlier, according to a receipt found in the car.

Police classify this core group of cold-case missing persons as endangered.

While hundreds of people are reported missing in Tulsa yearly, most cases are closed when the victims are found alive. Detectives are also pursuing leads in several active missing-persons investigations.
