Age at disappearance: 42

On the night of Dec. 26, 2006, Heim was seen at residences in the 3400 block of West 48th Street and in the 100 block of North Grant Avenue in Sand Springs and at her former duplex at 709 N. Franklin Ave.

Her car was found abandoned the next morning in Red River County, Texas, 12 miles north of Clarksville on FM Road 1159. The vehicle contained a turnpike receipt indicating that it had exited the Indian Nation Turnpike at Eufaula.

Her family has searched the area, but she has not been found.

Police classify this core group of cold-case missing persons as endangered.

While hundreds of people are reported missing in Tulsa yearly, most cases are closed when the victims are found alive. Detectives are also pursuing leads in several active missing-persons investigations.
