Age at disappearance: 26

Phillips left her apartment about 7 p.m. Oct. 3, 1991, and said she was going to the store. She was never seen again. Phillips had previously said she wanted to commit suicide.

She may be with her younger sister, Londa Phillips, who disappeared the following year.

While hundreds of people are reported missing in Tulsa yearly, most cases are closed when the victims are found alive. Detectives are also pursuing leads in several active missing-persons investigations.
