Tracy Samuels
Age at disappearance: 24

Samuels left her two children with their grandparents in Jenks about 11 a.m. Feb. 17, 1993. She said she had a job interview but did not say where. Tulsa police found Samuels' truck at an apartment complex in the 700 block of West 49th St. about 10:30 p.m. the next day.

A tenant at the complex told police he saw a woman fitting Samuels' description get into a white GMC or Chevrolet flatbed truck driven by a white man wearing a baseball cap. The tenant said the woman seemed reluctant to get in the truck.
