On the first lap of the dwarf feature, a crash sent a driver to the hospital.

Thirteen-year-old Brady Demeree completed a sweep of the legends and pro mini-stocks features when he passed Greg Overstreet on the final turn in the minis Saturday night at JRP Speedway.

Overstreet took the lead away from Demeree on lap six of the 20-lap feature before Demeree gradually hunted him down for his second straight victory. Mike Burton was flagged third in the three-car event.

Points leader Jim Estes passed Billy Perkins in turn three of lap 13 to again win the main event in the modified division. Perkins finished a distant second with brother Steve Perkins passing Joey Moore for third on lap six. Moore was fourth and Michael Osborn fifth.

Chris Ford finally caught Jeremy Allen Jr. at the start-finish line beginning the 20th and last lap to lengthen his points lead in factory stocks. Bobby Wolfe got past Bobby Milliser for third on lap 14 with Tim Largent holding steady for fourth and Ken Shadder for fifth.

In the mini-stocks race, James Savage Jr., passed Brett Fuller for the lead in turn one of lap 12 and never looked back. Jimmy Masters drove around Matt Hopkins for second on lap 18. Fuller and Bobby Milliser maneuvered past Hopkins for third and fourth, respectively, on laps 19 and 20. Hopkins took fifth.

Jesse Watson passed Brittany Vierheller for the lead on lap 17 and held on to win the front-wheel drive feature. Vierheller collided with Watson just after the winning move and fell back. Lea Welch passed Alec Keddrell for second on the restart. Keddrell finished third with Eric Frakes returning from a flat tire to take fourth. Pole-sitter Lindsay Osborn was fifth.

Eddie Dishman suffered neck and arm injuries on the first lap of the dwarf feature during a collision with another car. Paramedics were summoned to transport Dishman to St. John Medical Center.
