AMES, Iowa – Brady Bond, Oklahoma State's senior right offensive tackle and a veteran of 34 consecutive starts, is believed to have sustained a sprained ankle in practice this week and is not expected to play in today's Big 12 football game at Iowa State.

During pregame warm-ups, Andrew Mitchell has been at right tackle with the Cowboys' first-team offense. A senior from Choctaw, Mitchell has made only one start – at right guard in the season-opening victory over Georgia.

The Cowboy offensive line remains same – Russell Okung at left tackle, Noah Franklin at left guard, Andrew Lewis at center and Lane Taylor at right guard.

Today's game would have been the 40th career start for Bond, who played eight-man football at Garber High School. His status for next week's Texas Tech game in Stillwater is uncertain.
