Wait...this just in! It appears that the 3rd string left tackle will switch from #86 to # 88 next year. More on this story as it develops!

	Report Comment shaw411, Scottsdale, AZ (3/1/2009 11:18:45 AM) Some jersey changes are necessary if some players are going to be more involved in the offense. Rules dictate that certain linemen, running back, qbs and receivers have certain numbers. There was a high school team that had an offense where even the linemen wore a receiver's number to be pass eligible. Maybe that is the reason for some of the jersey changes. Who knows? Just my opinion.
