Luke Allen's 4-yard touchdown run in overtime and Jimmy Black's end-zone interception of a third-down pass gave the Knights their first win of the season as they stunned the visiting Demons, who entered the game tied for the District 2A-5 lead.

"When the game ended, our stands emptied out into the south end zone, everyone went nuts," Henryetta coach Kenny Speer said. "It was a playoff-type atmosphere. When Beggs and Henryetta, play you can throw out the records."

Beggs had tied the game at 23 on Daniel Bond's 33-yard field goal with 1:13 left in regulation.

"In overtime, we went to the spread offense for the first time this year," Speer said. "We knew we needed to do something different."
