BROKEN ARROW — Archie Bradley accounted for four second-half touchdowns, pacing Broken Arrow to a 45-28 win over Bartlesville before about 8,000 spectators Friday at Memorial Stadium.

Bradley threw for two TDs and rushed for two more and four Tigers intercepted Bruins quarterback Kirby Schoenthaler as Broken Arrow extended its winning streak over Bartlesville to 15 games.

The Bruins have not beaten the Tigers since 1992.

The Tigers (8-2) clinched second place in District 6A-3 and the right to host Enid, District 6A-2's third-place team, in the first round next week.

Bartlesville (8-2) finished as the third seed in 6A-3 and will make its first playoff appearance in seven years, visiting 6A-2 runner-up Owasso.

The game was tied 7-7 at halftime and 14-14 after three quarters before a wild shootout broke out.

Rolling left and throwing back toward the middle, Bradley hit Zac Veatch for a 5-yard scoring strike and Broken Arrow led 21-14 with 10:29 left.

The Tigers could have put the game out of reach but fumbled on their next two possessions in Bartlesville territory, and Schoenthaler's 60-yard touchdown pass to Mike Thompson tied the game with 7:20 left.

Next, the Tigers raced 74 yards, aided by two personal foul penalties.

Bradley raced around right end for 6 yards and Broken Arrow was ahead to stay.

Bradley scored again from 3 yards out after the Bruins failed on a fourth-down fake punt from their own 29. But the game wasn't over yet.

Thompson returned the ensuing kickoff 37 yards and Bartlesville went 44 yards in two plays, capped by Schoenthaler's 8-yard pass to Thompson, and it was 35-28.

But Broken Arrow's Dakota Davis recovered Bartlesville's onside kick and the Tigers made it 38-28 on Carl Salazar's 31-yard field goal with 1:19 left.

Jon Coleman raced 43 yards with an interception for the final score.

Bradley also threw 9 yards to Steven Hopper for a score and totaled 159 passing yards (on 9-of-14 completions) and 90 rushing yards.

Hopper carried 27 times for 140 yards.

Schoenthaler completed 18-of-35 passes for 295 yards, but his interceptions were costly.

Ronnie Price intercepted near the Tiger goal line, thwarting one Bruins scoring chance and William Watford's interception and return set up the Tigers' first score of the third quarter.
